Shubha Pant

Shubha Pant is Vice President, Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning at Outshift by Cisco. Outshift’s mission is to build what’s next and new in emerging tech for Cisco and for tomorrow’s customer needs. Pant heads the AI/ML team at Outshift and responsible for developing and launching brand new generative AI products.

Pant has held technology & business leadership roles and has global exposure to SaaS, PaaS, enterprise, artificial intelligence, machine learning, finance, retail, defense at startups, growing and established organizations. Before joining Cisco, she served as Head of AI/ML Applications and Solutions engineering at Google where she was responsible for delivering AutoML, generative AI and deep learning products for both server-side and mobile devices across NLP, Vision, Multi-modal domains which powered many Google products. She founded the Core ML Responsible AI team. Prior to her experience at Google, as a GM, she led strategy, product, program, engineering, GTM, and P&L for various AI/ML services at Amazon Web Services.

Pant holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in physics and statistics from the University of Allahabad (India) and is an alumna of Kellogg’s Global Advanced Management Program and Stanford Leading Change and Organizational Renewal Program.
