What do CrewAI, AG2, Boomi, Browserbase, Haize Labs, Komodor, and Layer all have in common? They are all new members of AGNTCY.org—the open source collective building foundational technologies and standards for the Internet of Agents.
Since AGNTCY’s launch on March 6, alongside LangChain and Galileo, we’ve welcomed collaborations from dozens of companies.
Read on to see why our members are excited about AGNTCY. But first a few quick updates:
AGNTCY provides the glue to connect diverse AI agents into cohesive workflows, allowing developers to leverage what's already out there—instead of reinventing the wheel.
In our latest blog post, we explain how AGNTCY’s components work in a sample multi-agent application.
You can see other sample applications here.
Multi-agent systems require seamless agent communication and robust evaluation. AGNTCY steering committee member Galileo is hosting a webinar reviewing the infrastructure needed to build reliable, interoperable multi-agent systems, including an open, standardized framework for agent-to-agent collaboration.
Register now to learn how to build interoperable AI agents across different frameworks and explore robust agent evaluation techniques and performance monitoring.
It’s an honor to have such an amazing collection of companies partnering with Cisco on building AGNTCY. Current AGNTCY member companies (listed in alphabetical order) are: AG2, Agen.cy, Anon, Anyweb, Aviz Networks, Boomi, Browserbase, CrewAI, Dynamiq, Fabrix AI, Galileo, Glean, Haize Labs, Komodor, LangChain, Layer, LlamaIndex, MongoDB, Permit.io, Plotch.ai, Traceloop, Robusta, and Weaviate.
AG2
“Internet of Agents represents the next evolution of AI—a paradigm shift for seamless agent collaboration across boundaries. Open protocols like AGNTCY's are essential for this future, and AG2 proudly supports this initiative. As pioneers of open source agent frameworks, our AgentOS vision enables truly AI-native organizations where agents communicate and create value together. We remain committed to advancing open standards that democratize agent technology.” - Qingyun Wu, Founder and CEO, AG2
Agency
“At AgentOps and Agen.cy, we have seen hundreds of production use cases go live with customers. In a world where businesses deploy thousands of agents across their organization, AGNTCY will act as the missing infrastructure that will enable agents across multiple business units to talk to each other. Our engineers are excited to support AGNTCY and integrate it into the agents we are building for customers.” - Adam Silverman, Founder, Agen.cy powered by AgentOps.ai
Anyweb
“The use case of agentic AI is compelling. However, we are at an early stage of understanding its potential and risks, and capabilities and alignments should be evaluated carefully. AGNTCY offers an open-source-like ecosystem approach that incorporates opportunities and risks on a broad scale.” - Boris Morosoli, CEO
Boomi
“Agent interoperability is a fundamental concern for our industry, and it will affect every organization as we enter the agentic age. AGNTCY is bringing experts from all backgrounds and specializations to create common ground across agent platforms and lower the barrier of entry for companies to get in the agent game.” - Matt McLarty, CTO of Boomi
Galileo
“The agentic future should be open and distributed. At Galileo, we help organizations build trustworthy agents and scale agentic systems with confidence. We're happy to contribute frameworks and schemas for agent evaluation to this important effort.” - Yash Sheth, Co-Founder of Galileo.
Glean
“Networks of agents are breaking down the silos that have long limited enterprise software, unlocking the potential of agents to transform how we work. They create space for continuous innovation, where the most practical solutions can emerge and thrive. At Glean, we’re committed to open source and open standards as the foundation for this future—building agents that reason and act over enterprise knowledge, grounded in context and extensible by design. We’re proud to help drive this vision forward as part of AGNTCY.” - Arvind Jain, Founder and CEO, Glean
Dynamiq
“As experts in agentic AI, providing tools for rapid development and integration of AI agents across multiple models and platforms, we recognize at Dynamiq the importance of standards that ensure interoperability between AI agents. The AGNTCY collective plays a crucial role in bringing together open source supporters and agentic AI leaders to define, promote, and implement such protocols, accelerating innovation in the AI industry. We are excited to join the collective and contribute to its standardization initiatives.” - Vitalii Duk, CEO and Founder of Dynamiq
Fabrix.ai
“We believe the most significant technological advances happen when visionary companies unite around shared challenges. By joining the AGNTCY collective, we're creating an entirely new operational paradigm where AI agents seamlessly collaborate to solve complex problems with minimal human intervention. Together, we will redefine operational excellence for the AI era.” - Shailesh Manjrekar, Chief AI and Marketing Officer
Haize Labs
“The world aspires to create agents that coordinate, reason, and generalize across tasks and contexts. The salient, unsolved obstacle towards this dream is trust and transparency. The AGNTCY project enables this trust through shared protocols, infrastructure, and evaluation standards. Haize Labs resolutely supports AGNTCY through chaos engineering and highly aligned scoring models; uncovering and mitigating unexpected behavior to close the last-mile gap in agentic trust.” - Leonard Tang, Co-Founder & CEO of Haize Labs
Komodor
“At Komodor, we understand that the complexity of modern systems demands more than just reactive solutions—it requires proactive, collaborative frameworks. The AGNTCY's commitment to open standards and inter-agent collaboration aligns perfectly with our mission to enhance system reliability and observability. By contributing to this open source collective, we aim to empower organizations to build more resilient infrastructures, ensuring that multi-agent systems operate seamlessly and transparently at scale.” - Itiel Shwartz, Co-Founder & CTO, Komodor
LangChain
“Multi-agent systems are the future of AI, but we need open standards for both collaboration and rigorous assessment. The AGNTCY creates the foundation for a truly observable and trustworthy AI ecosystem. Our evaluation frameworks ensure agents perform reliably across diverse scenarios, empowering organizations to deploy at scale.” - Harrison Chase, CEO and Co-Founder of LangChain
LlamaIndex
“Effective agent communication demands both protocols and structured knowledge. At LlamaIndex, our parsing and knowledge management platform transforms enterprise data into intelligence that agents can reason over and share. We're proud to contribute to AGNTCY as we build the data foundation layer that powers contextual, data-aware agent collaboration across organizational boundaries.” - Jerry Liu, Co-Founder and CEO, LlamaIndex
Traceloop
“As agents move from prototypes to production, observability becomes mission critical. At Traceloop, we’re building OpenTelemetry-native infrastructure to monitor, evaluate, and debug agent behavior in real time—across any stack. AGNTCY’s push for open standards aligns perfectly with our mission to make agentic systems reliable, transparent, and production ready.” - Nir Gazit, Co-founder and CEO, Traceloop.
Weaviate
“Weaviate’s AI native database empowers both developers and enterprises to build next generation agentic applications. Built on open source and community roots, we are excited to partner with AGNTCY to advance foundational technologies and establish standards that will streamline the creation of cutting-edge AI applications.” - Bob van Luijt, Co-founder and CEO, Weaviate
